Our Client, a leading software company is looking for a passionate and dynamic Account Managers to join their team of dedicated Sales Specialists. The successful Candidate will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, following up on warm leads and winning new businesses. As well as strategically working towards set targets and quotas, the Account Manager will monitor performance and qualify pipelines. As a customer focused professional, the Account Manager will be a trusted advisor with an ability to offer customers the best suited solutions. Proven Account Management experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities & Requirements


  • Responsible for driving and delivering business and revenue growth activities.
  • Build and maintain profitable business relationships.
  • Ensure the smooth onboarding of customers.
  • Provide support to Business Development teams by qualifying pipelines.
  • Keep in touch with key client personnel to address potential issues at the earliest opportunity.
  • Know the company’s customers, their needs and requirements.
  • Qualify and manage warm / inbound leads.
  • Build rapport and get to know the customers to offer best solution and product.
  • As a first point of contact, be a trusted advisor to clients and customers.
  • Proactively analyse performance and take appropriate action to meet required targets.
  • Utilize internal systems and application for efficiency.
  • Effectively manage own workload and priories appropriately to meet various targets.
  • Work closely with various department of the business in order to meet business objectives and KPIs.



  • Successful track record within an account management role.
  • Previous software sales experience is required.
  • Good understanding and ability to value selling.
  • Proven record of hitting sales targets and quota.
  • Outstanding telephone manner and proven ability to build rapport.
  • Motivated and strategic in their approach to achieve excellent results.  
  • Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritise and effectively manage own workload.
  • Customer focussed with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Creative self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • High achieving role model who can promote company values and ethos.
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively.
  • Results focused, and target driven.
  • Accurate and detail oriented.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships.
