Project Manager - Customer Contact Technology

The Project Manager will be commercially aware and will be responsible for the management of numerous projects. As the first and main point of contact for customers and clients, the Project Manager will ensure that high levels of delivery standards are met and will carry out staging evaluations and progress reviews to ensure customer needs are met. As well as possessing strong leadership and relationship management skills, the ideal candidate will come from a strong customer focused background with previous project management experience. It would be highly advantageous for this role to have previous customer contact centre experience.

Software Developer - Java / C#

Field Support Engineer - Managed Service

The Field Support Engineer will provide expert knowledge around IT Security and Networking protocols.
