Senior Software Developer

Permanent | Munich | 60K - 70K Circa | TBC

The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the most important parts of the company’s leading products through using core frameworks and prominent languages such as JavaScript and JEE. The Developer will regularly carry out basic fault analysis and will ensure appropriate escalation when necessary. As well as contributing to team training and mentoring, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong desire to develop own skill set and further improve their technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Design Patterns with minimum 5 years’ experience of enterprise software development.

Benelux Sales Engineer - Service Providers

The Sales Engineer will provide technical support and consultancy to both the Sales team and end users. As well as taking ownership of and overseeing all technical activities throughout the sales process, the Sales Engineer will ensure that Clients and Customers are provided with sufficient product training to guarantee successful installation and handover. Whilst ensuring that proof of concept and demonstration is carried out both internally and externally, the Sales Engineer will continuously evaluate product suitability to potential new customers. It is highly advantageous to have strong Service Provider background for this role and the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience of working with Access and IP Technology.

The Junior Service Delivery Manager will oversee and manage a number of strategic accounts as well as the performance of third party suppliers within the accounts. The Sales Support Manager will provide full support to the Sales teams in achieving their targets, as well as ensuring that high levels of company standards are maintained at all times. The successful candidate will carry out formal team evaluations in a timely manner and provide 121s accordingly. Whilst ensuring compliance with all internal procedures, the Sales Support Manager will take full responsibility for managing all customer queries and complaints, as well as escalating them when needed.
