The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for collating and reviewing large quantities of data. With an analytical approach to the workload, you will work on multiple projects simultaniously and create detailed reports to present to the managment team. The Business Intelligence Analyst will have strong and confident communication skills as well as excellent knowlege of MS packages.

Strategic Account Manager

Our Client is looking for a highly skilled and accomplished Strategic Account Manager to look after existing customer relationships and proactively work towards increasing revenue by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. As well as being responsible for meeting and overachieving set sales targets and quotas, the Strategic Account Manager will build the company's status within a very competitive market. The successful Candidate must have proven experience of working in a target driven environment in a Customer Success or Inside Sales capacity. SaaS background and knowledge of Contact Centre solutions would be highly beneficial.

Lead Engineer - Microsoft

Permanent | Nottingham | 35K - 40K


Our client, a UK based Managed Service provider, is looking for a Microsoft Lead Engineer to join their team in Nottingham. The Lead Engineer will be responsible for all pre and post-sale activities, being the main point of call for all Microsoft-related support issues, including installation. The successful candidate will need proven experience working within a technical environment and Microsoft certifications/accreditations are essential.

Cabling Engineer

Permanent | South Yorkshire | 24.3K | Plus 2.5% bonus potential


Our client, a Global IT and Network services provider, are looking for a Cabling Engineer to join their team. The Cabling Engineer will be responsible for the installation, termination and testing of copper CAT6A systems, the installation of fibre optic cabling and the installation and testing of pre-terminated fibre optic cabling. The successful candidate will need proven experience of working in a data centre environment. Extensive knowledge of structured cabling systems is advantageous.

Territory Account Manager

Permanent | Home Based | 80K | Up to £80k commission


Our client, a successful provider of contact centre technology, are looking for an experienced Territory Account Manager to join their team. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for driving and achieving the required sales quota for services and software within existing customer bases, whilst developing and maintaining several solid sales and revenue opportunities. This role is home-based but occasional travel to client sites will be required.

As customer centric professional, the Account Manager will ensure that client issues and requirements are attended to without delay and that are escalated appropriately when needed.
