Overview

Looking after the company's enterprise level Clients, the Contract and Pricing specialist will be responsible for all around contracts management, including pricing and renewing annuity. As well as ensuring that contractual obligations are met both internally and externally, the Contract and Pricing Specialist will strive to improve relevant processes for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction. The successful Candidate will come from a customer focused background with strong IT skills and good knowledge of current technology trends.


Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Analyse procedures and working standards and report on contractual inconsistencies.
  • Manage client / supplier contracts and invoicing.
  • Responsible for the systematic management of change within assigned accounts.
  • Ensure that client details and information are accurate, secure and readily available.
  • Effectively manage the processing and generation of both orders and quotes.
  • Carry out risk analysis on clients’ assets and deliver reports appropriately.
  • Manage the smooth integration of new client contracts into the system.
  • Accurately prepare contracts for timely renewals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain high working standards both internally and externally.
  • Oversee customer annuity contracts and their timely pricing.
  • Provide essential support to the team with ad hoc tasks.
  • Effectively collaborate with service management and sales teams.
  • Contribute to marginal growth by negotiating prices with vendors and suppliers.
  • Continuously review internal procedures and implement improvements.
  • Support all departments with the resolution of contract matters.
  • Provide key support in planning contracts negotiations.
  • Ensure contract terms are adhered to both internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationship with the company’s clients.
  • Be hands-on and attend to client needs and ensure swift resolution.

 

Experience

  • Strong customer service background.
  • Ability to converse at all levels.
  • IT literate with good Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
  • Experience of working with enterprise level clients.
  • Proven billing and pricing experience.
  • IT and services background would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong data analysing skills.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of working within ITIL framework.
  • Ability to confidently engage at all levels.
  • Experience of working within service management.
  • Good general understanding of current technologies.
  • Proven experience with service and vendor contracts.
  • Ideally hands-on experience of service management and data processing systems and tools (SAP / ServiceNow).
  • Quick learner with ability to work on own initiative.
  • Outstanding ability to build profitable client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms with ability to communicate them to relevant teams.
  • Good all-around understanding of annuity.
  • Keen eye for details with strong prioritising skills.
  • Confident and engaging by nature.
