Overview

Our client, a global cloud technology company, is searching for an experienced Agile Coach & Scrum Master to join their growing team. The Agile Coach/ Scrum Master will be working closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure Agile and Scrum methodologies and best practices are being followed. The ideal candidate must be Scrum Qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a previous role.


Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Adopt Agile methods of working.
  • Lead, advise and coach the teams on how to work within the Agile framework, demonstrating best practices and ceremonies.
  • Take ownership of project efforts, maintaining an oversight of timings, resources and workloads.
  • Provide requirements, scoping, status, risks and documentation to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Proactively find areas for improvement in workflows and work closely with Engineers for complete project transparency.
  • Manage and oversee JIRA and related systems.

 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a qualified Scrum Master.
  • In-depth project management methodologies knowledge.
  • Previous experience managing multiple Agile teams and have worked in R&D.
  • Experienced with a range of project management tools.
  • Familiar with team transformations and change management.
  • Solid organisational and time management skills, able to multi-task and plan effectively, showing attention to detail.
  • Exception communication skills, both written and verbal (must be native or fluent in English).
  • Displays a ‘can-do’ attitude and a strong team player.
  • Able to develop internal processes, analyse technical documentation, and catalogue information effectively.
  • Has a genuine desire to learn new software and systems
  • Proficient using Google Workspace / MS Office suite.
  • Able to lead with diplomacy, discretion and display good judgements when facing complex situations.
  • Enthusiastic, driven and professional individual.
