Overview

Our client, a successful provider of workforce management solutions, are looking for an experienced BI & Analytics Solutions Sales Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of complex cycles of business analytic solutions sales and will be confident working with BI and analytics solutions. The BI & Analytics Solutions Sales Specialist will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a similar role and will be required to travel around 50% of the time.

  • Take ownership and lead on all sales activities for sales reporting purposes.
  • Manage and direct complex cycles of business analytics sales.
  • Liaise closely with a range of teams and executives to achieve great customer satisfaction and expectations.
  • Maintain and grow a strong sales channel of revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure strong and trusting relationships are built and maintained with key decision makers.
  • Create and implement account plans for each customer, including strategy, actions, time frames and responsibilities.
  • Have continuous oversight of opportunities through Saleforce.com.

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a similar fast-growing tech company, ideally with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Worked with and comfortable working with analytics and BI solutions (Qlikview, Business Objects, Tableau etc.)
  • AI, Machine Learning and predictive analytics are of interest.
  • Exhibit strong strategic thinking, initiative and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Demonstrate ability to follow structured sales.
  • Be able to thrive within an end-user community.
  • Demonstrate ability to create accurate and robust forecasting.
  • Display motivation and excellent time management, organisational and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with B2B software/technology sales, preferably within WFO/Call Centre industry.
  • Availability to travel, around 50% of the time.
