The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities to maximize revenue growth. As well as constantly reviewing the target markets, the Business Development Manager will communicate the company’s core solutions and products to potential new business partners. The ideal candidate will have proven track record of succeeding in a business development role, ideally within the IT and Telecoms industry.

Responsibilities & Requirements


  • To launch services in Spain in collaboration with MNOs and MVOs.
  • Obtaining deals with partners to generate income.
  • Ensuring contribution to the company’s budget is upheld.
  • Ownership of stakeholder management.
  • Facilitate conversations with MNOs and MVNOs to promote the company.
  • Provide information and training on industry regulations ensuring there is a sound understanding of the need for the company’s input.
  • Ascertain partnerships and agreements to ensure the company can sell services within Spain at best price.
  • Facilitate several meetings within MVOs to ensure the sign off service requirements in line with company processes.
  • Management of contracts and agreements, including the signing of.
  • Lead and work closely with internal project teams ensure successful partnerships and launch of services.
  • Maintain close communication with Marketing and PR teams to maximise promotions.
  • Hold briefings with relevant UK teams to ensure consistency and alignment within new projects.
  • Proactively build a channel of local partners in order to structure a sales strategy to generate income.
  • Monitor and report any progress and developments to senior positions.
  • Be accountable and take management of ensuring satisfaction with services and products delivered to maintain a stream of new income generation.



  • Knowledge of data identity, data security and the importance of data protection, such as GDPR.
  • Ability to create strong contact within the industry, particularly in the Italian region.
  • Business development experience with proven ability to negotiate contracts and projects.
  • Demonstrate a high standard of presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a flexible work manner with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service with a dynamic solutions-focused approach.
  • Able to work independently to create suitable solutions but be able to demonstrate good team work to resolve issues.
  • Proven decision-making skills with the ability to identify the correct channels of escalation and inform strategic decisions whilst gaining benefit for the company.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, including booking meetings, managing resources and organising events.
  • Ability to lassie with international teams effectively.
  • Capable of maintaining good relationships with a range of stakeholders, including partners, operators, management and support teams.
  • Exposure to contractual frameworks, such as SLAs.
