Overview

Our client, a VoIP and data services provider, are searching for an Inside Sales specialist to join their team in Paris. The Inside Sales specialist will represent the entire range of products and services to assigned customers, and will be responsible for achieving a high-level relationship with new and existing end-users. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar environment selling VoIP and data services.

  • Ensure company standards are met by maintaining high end-user satisfaction ratings.
  • Meet end-user expectations and requirements by coordinating company personnel, including professional services, support and management.
  • Take a proactive approach to monitoring end-user needs continuously, in collaboration with the Account Manager.
  • Take ownership of the sales implementation of complex projects, national and multinational, including but not limited to delivery coordination, establishing ongoing and additional quotations, following up of partners, sales administration and salesforce.com opportunities.
  • Act as the first point of call for small quotations, ensuring renewal of small quotations, leading to increased customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain oversight of major contract renewals effectively, inputting accurate and relevant information on to salesforce.com.
  • Communicate with key end-users regularly via calls or emails to update on company news and promotions.
  • In coordination with partner sales resources, sell through partner organisations to end-users.
  • Ensure training and development requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with end-user customer management as required to coordinate company executive involvement.
  • Liaise with a range of stakeholders, including but not limited to, pre and post sales and account managers.

 

Requirements

  • Must be degree educated.
  • Requires previous experience of inside sales in a similar/relevant industry environment.
  • Past experience working in a multi-national hi-tech organisation.
  • Must be able to manage technical environment relating to Microsoft ecosystem (MSTeams).
  • Fluent in French and English.
