Overview

Our Client is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join their team based in Germany, looking after the DACH region. Working closely with local sales teams and marketing leadership, the Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development of regional marketing strategy and providing key marketing material and tools to enable teams to improve brand awareness and meet objectives. The successful Candidate must have a strong and successful marketing background with proven track record within the technology/telecoms industry.

Responsibilities

  • Following marketing leadership guidance and local sales/business leaders, create and implement field marketing activity plans in line with company objectives and targets.
  • Lead on marketing activities with target end customers and partners through a range of marketing initiatives and campaigns such as events, digital marketing, local press/media, content creations and social media platforms.
  • Generate leads and build brand by engaging with channel partners to drive co-marketing activities.
  • Generate leads and build brands by engaging with strategic partners.
  • Influence and centralise global campaigns by collaborating with marketing colleagues in HQ and EMEA.
  • Take ownership of incoming leads/MQLs and covert to sales opportunities.
  • Liaise with local sales to monitor lead quality and effectiveness.

 

Requirements

  • Degree educated or equivalent professional qualification in marketing or business.
  • A minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in a relevant marketing role, with experience in B2B technology/telecoms sector.
  • Previous experience in B2B demand generation initiatives, including digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create and deliver presentations to customers and partners.
  • Strong business acumen and comfortable with technology.
  • Proven experience of working collaboratively with partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Highly skilled user of Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Previous use of marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Must be native French speaker and fluent in English. Spanish language skills are advantageous.
