Overview
Our client, a global VoIP solutions provider is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Germany. This is a home based role and applicants must have both English and Germany language proficiency. Minimum 5 years’ PM experience within the Tech industry is also required.
Responsibilities
- Carry out key risk assessment with the aim of minimising project risks.
- Firs point of contact for customers and clients covering solutions delivery and onboarding services.
- Responsible for the development of a comprehensive and detailed project plan.
- Coordination of both internal and external resources to ensure the problem free execution of projects.
- Manage changes in project scopes, costs and schedules using required verification techniques.
- Responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered in line with SLAs and within budget.
- Identify and escalate relevant issues to appropriate management teams.
- Carry out periodic meetings and provide account owners with timely reports.
- Build and manage lasting and positive client relationships.
- Take charge or customer success plans from development to execution, outlining success factors and measures.
- Carry out necessary Customer Success Manager duties when handling managed services customers requests.
Requirements
- English & Germany language proficiency is required.
- 5+ years project management experience including process development and execution.
- Proven project management and delivery experience to large enterprise companies within the tech space.
- Proven project admin and hands-on networking experience.
- Project management experience within a SaaS organisation would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent, demonstrable communication and client facing abilities.
- Strong organiser with keen eye for details.
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload.
- Flexibility to undertake occasional client visits.
- Relevant project management qualifications would be ideal.
- Tech degree relating to engineering or computer science would be advantageous.
