Our Client, an international provider of Customer Analytics software, is looking for an established and skilled Technical Project Manager to join their growing UK team. The successful Candidate must have strong background in delivering technical / IT projects (SaaS is highly advantageous). This role requires flexibility around occasional travel to Client sites. Flexible home working may be considered for the right Candidate.

Responsibilities & Requirements


  • Support relevant teams in the design of integration solutions.
  • Accommodate pre-sales discussions with both existing and potential customers and document service requests accordingly.
  • Develop an effective system to provide internal and external parties with relevant project paperwork.
  • Manage multiple projects and the same time and act as point of contact for customers.
  • Understand and use customer requirements to turn them into project plans.
  • Monitor the entire life cycle of projects using relevant internal systems.
  • Keep up to date with and report on significant project milestones.
  • Set up and run project meetings.
  • Recognize customer issues that need escalation and action appropriately.
  • Take responsibility for the successful completion of projects.
  • Ensure that contingency plans are in place whilst also managing change and analysing risks.
  • Provide vital training and assistance to customers as part of project delivery.
  • Proactively improve internal processes and procedures for continuous efficiency.



  • 5+years’ experience in a hands-on project management position.
  • Ideally have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering IT projects (SaaS is preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project would be ideal.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship building skills (internally & externally).
  • Ability to manage own time and prioritise efficiently.
  • Job relevant certifications would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to organize and run customer meetings.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to document accurately.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in handling and resolving conflicts.
  • It would be beneficial to have experience with JIRA/Confluence.
  • Quick learner with ability to hit the ground running.
  • Efficient in using MS applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
