Overview

Our client, a leading software company is looking for a target driven and overachieving Account Director to manage client relationships and sell cloud-based solutions to the company's customers. With experience of value-based selling and accounts mapping, the successful Candidate must have significant background in selling SaaS solutions and must demonstrate a proven track record of meeting targets and driving business growth through nurturing existing accounts and closing new deals.

  • Sell SaaS solutions to exec level stakeholders whilst navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Take a strategic and methodical approach to identifying new business opportunities in order to meet targets and achieve desired overall business growth.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure client success is achieved.
  • Proactively monitor the market, clients, and competitors, and build a strong network of contacts.
  • Manage and lead the overall sales process and ensure adequate resources are always provided.
  • Create compelling information in the form of presentations, briefings, and proposals to support sales processes.
  • Be a trusted partner to all clients and customers and be seen as a subject matter expert on the company’s solutions.
  • Gain valuable insight into existing and emerging needs of customers by maintaining a positive business relationship.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge and understanding of the industry and market trends of the specific sector.
  • Discover opportunities for business and revenue growth with profitable deal closures.

 

 

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a Key Account Management / Account Director position, selling SaaS solutions.
  • Confident and persuasive by nature.
  • Successful team player with the ability to bring people together to meet overall targets and Previous experience of selling into the accountancy sector.
  • business objectives.
  • Proven track record in meeting and overachieving targets.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership skills by having confident understanding of the full client lifecycle.
  • Possessing hunter like sales mentality.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate successfully.
  • Natural business developer with a growth mindset.
  • Outstanding communicator and presenter.
  • Sales methodology qualification such as Challenger, Miller Heiman, SPIN.
  • Outstanding skills in understanding and delivering to customer needs.
  • Ability to prioritise structurally and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Target driven and methodical.
  • Proven ability to build lasting and profitable customer relationships.
  • Demonstrable ability of mapping out of accounts and aligning with solutions for business issues.
