Working closely with the company’s Project Managers, the Project Support will proactively work towards creating and improving PMO processes for overall efficiency. As well as appropriately coordinating workforce requests, the Project Support will regularly review the internal project calendar to ensure that the right levels of support and resource is available and that requirements are consistently met. The successful Candidate must have strong and accurate administrator and documentation skills, as well as a keen eye for detail with the ability to manage their own tasks and workload effectively.
Responsibilities & Requirements
The Project Support will work closely with the company’s Project Managers.
Provide key support with scheduling and coordinating workforce appropriately, in line with PM requests.
Summarise and direct incidents and conflicts appropriately for review and resolution.
Proactively work towards improving internal processes and procedures for efficiency.
Continuously analyse own working methods to recognize and implement changes.
Support accurate and timely handovers internally (i.e. prior to holidays).
Arrange internal meetings and carry out minute taking when required.
Regularly review internal project calendars and ensure that requirements are met.
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to be able provide clients with high levels of assistance.
Good understanding of Contact Centre solutions would be ideal.
Strong administrative and documentation skills.
Ability to manage tasks and own workload effectively.
Ability to oversee the running of multiple projects at the same time.
Proven ability to work towards tight deadlines.
Understanding of PMO standards and ability to create relevant processes.
IT literate with strong MS skills including Excel.
Strong relationship building abilities.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with MS Project skills would be highly beneficial.
Keen eye for detail with the ability to create accurate documents.
Ability to perform well on own initiative and within a team.
Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
Ability to converse with clients and colleagues of all levels.
