Our client, a successful provider of contact centre technology, are looking for an experienced Territory Account Manager to join their team. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for driving and achieving the required sales quota for services and software within existing customer bases, whilst developing and maintaining several solid sales and revenue opportunities. This role is home-based but occasional travel to client sites will be required.
Responsibilities & Requirements
To achieve the required territory sales quota for services and software.
Take ownership of the sales cycle and all sales activities of products and additional services within the existing customer base.
Develop and maintain a plethora of solid sales and revenue opportunities.
Ensure robust, trusting relationships are developed and maintained with a range of stakeholders and senior team members.
Create and successfully implement an account plan for customers, starting with strategy all the way through to milestones and responsibilities.
Oversee and manage opportunities through Salesforce.com.
Previous sales experience working in a similar fast-growing tech company.
Exhibit strong strategic thinking, initiative and leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present in person or via conference phone calls.
Demonstrate ability to follow structured sales.
Be able to thrive within an end-user community.
Demonstrate ability to create accurate and robust forecasting.
Display motivation and excellent time management, organisational and decision-making skills.
Experience working with B2B software/technology sales, preferably within WFO/Call Centre industry.
