Responsibilities

• Be the first point of call for customers, covering all activities across services and products.
• Take ownership of the relationship between stakeholders and clients.
• Create detailed project plans, including implementation and delivery of risk management to ensure minimal risk.
• Manage all resources, both internal and external, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
• Oversee any changes within projects, including scheduling and cost, and use appropriate techniques to manage these.
• Compose accurate and detailed project documentation.
• Ensure consistency throughout delivery of project management through recognised methodology.
• Be responsible for all projects, ensuring all are delivered to the standards of the company.
• Follow escalation processes as necessary.
• Maintain good relationships with account owners, conduct regular meetings and provide reports.
• Manage customer success plans through their entirety, from development to execution, to identify success measures and success factors.

Requirements

• Experience of working in a project management role, ideally with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Previously managed and delivered projects in a technological setting, preferably to large enterprises (SaaS – advantage).
• Educated in job relevant fields, such as engineering for technical project managers or computer science.
• Previous experience as project administrator with the ability to utilise this in a practical way.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Fluent English is a must.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
• Must be available for occasional travel to client sites.
