Overview

Our Client is looking for a dedicated and ambitious Strategic Account Manager to act as first point of contact for their customers. As well as building and maintaining profitable, long term business relationships, the Strategic Account Manager will ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service. The Account Manager will consistently work towards identifying new business opportunities within the accounts and renewing accounts in a timely manner. As customer centric professional, the Account Manager will ensure that client issues and requirements are attended to without delay and that are escalated appropriately when needed. The successful candidate will be required to travel across Nordic countries and Europe occasionally.


Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for continuous delivery of outstanding customer service and client support.
  • Grow and maintain strong commercial relationships by guiding selling opportunities with sales staff.
  • Coordinate issue resolution and development between customers and the Product team.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Emphasise up-sell or renewal opportunities with existing customers.
  • Proactively monitor and measure customer success.
  • Take a dynamic approach to achieve growth in the regions, in collaboration with TAM.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Deliver consultancy to improve customer experience.
  • Offer support and training to users.
  • Constructively identify operational weaknesses.
  • Follow escalation processes, including serving as one in succession chain.
  • Work to reduce overall number of service desk tickets each year.
  • Promote product implementation and usage to increase upgrade revenue.
  • Travel across Nordic countries and Europe.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in previous operations leadership, process and practice roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build solid relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management or customer dissatisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, in both Dutch and English.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload in an organised manner whilst paying close attention to detail.
  • Able to self-motivate and approach responsibilities with confidence and high-energy.
