The Solution Architect will be based in Sweden, and will work within a team of dedicated architects. As well as providing technical support to various divisons of the business, this customer facing role will also require the successful candidate to undertake responsibilities including solutions design, demonstration and training. As the main point of contact for enquires on the company's products and services, the Solution Architect will build strong and lasting relationships with both clients and customers. The ideal candidate must have proven technical background and significant experience within the IT & Telecoms / Contact Centre industry.
Responsibilities & Requirements
The Solution Architect is based in Sweden and will work within a team of dedicated architects.
Work alongside the sales team to design client specific solutions and follow through with solution implementation.
Ensure that solution and design documentation is produced in a timely manner.
Work within a dynamic team ensuring the contact centre solutions are delivered on time and in line with client requirements.
Be responsible for solution design and creating proposals, tenders & offers.
Manage customer expectations and provide guidance on technical solutions.
Carry out solution demonstrations and deliver solution training to customers.
Be the main point of contact throughout design and implementation phases.
Manage delivery and devise a project plan for smooth implementation.
Handover efficiently to the support team.
Develop and maintain strong and lasting customer relationships.
Keep all relevant management teams updated on progress of projects.
Consistently strive to expand technical knowledge.
Fluent in Swedish, both verbal and written.
Degree / Qualification in a relevant economics or technical subject.
7+ years background within the Contract Centre or IT/Telecoms industry.
Solid experience of providing solutions within a B2B technical environment.
Proven experience with enterprise Voice, CC or UC platforms.
Good understanding of networking, as well as basic telephones.
Solid technical and project management skills.
A strong understanding of preparing bids, proposals, tenders etc.
Experience in designing solutions in line with client requirements.
The ability to translate technical language to non-technical staff.
Proven experience of successfully delivering and implementing solutions.
The ability to drive internal and external teams to achieve the desired outcome.
Ability to present to and communicate with colleagues / customers at all levels.
A passion for technology and the enthusiasm to learn more.
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
