Post Sales Implementation Consultant

The Post Sales Implementation Consultant will be based in Denmark, and will work within a team of dedicated architects. This role is a fairly varied position, with the candidate responsible for working in a consultative and customer facing capacity with the client, someone who is a technical individual, and will project manage the technical integration of the solutions. Experience around Contact Center tech is key.

Responsibilities & Requirements


  • Management of solution delivery to customers.
  • Ensure successful implementation and project management of deliveries.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring expectations are managed and overall delivery plans, assumptions, timelines and risks are communicated effectively.
  • Take ownership of delivery, from start to finish.
  • Complete detailed solution implementation with customers.
  • Ensure high quality and timely delivery.
  • Formal handover of projects and implementations to support.
  • Update management and sales teams on progress of projects accurately.
  • Encourage timely executions of projects by proactively engaging customers.
  • Ensure tasks, timings, dependencies, risks, etc. are updated in a project plan and effectively manage stakeholders to deliver.
  • Ensure CC solutions implementation best practice is followed.
  • Represent the company and its brand positively.



  • Higher education required. Ideally degree in economics and/or technical subjects.
  • Proven experience working within Contact Centre, cloud provider, Telecom or programming/integrations environment.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Voice, Unified Comms or Contact Centre platform.
  • In depth knowledge of basic telephony routing, SIP trunking, SBCs Capability. \
  • Demonstrable knowledge of and experience working with IVR, WFO, CTI, CRM and Voice Recognition.
  • Should demonstrate a passion of technical understanding of product areas.
  • Be able to engage with customers and present confidently.
  • Be comfortable with assisting on a technical level, including support sales engagements.
  • Ensure a high level of understanding of the market environment, customer challenges and how the organisation’s products and services can be beneficial for those challenges.
  • In order to maintain conversations with prospects, a high level of relevant technical knowledge is expected.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must take pride in their work, their image and their company, becoming a cultural fit within the organisation.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude, representing the company correctly and its brand in the marketplace.
