Overview

This is an office-based role within the Cambridgeshire area. The Inside Sales Specialist will develop, implement and continuously maintain the company’s dynamic contact strategy. As well as approaching potential customers and concisely putting the company’s values across, the Inside Sales Specialist will actively seek to identify and secure new business opportunities within existing accounts. The successful Candidate will demonstrate excellent communications and interpersonal skills alongside a proven track record of meeting and overachieving targets.

  • Gain interest by concisely communicating the company’s values to potential customers.
  • Develop and put in place a dynamic strategy to successfully maintain customer interactions.
  • Recognize and pursue business growth opportunities within existing customers / accounts.
  • Collaborate with Service teams to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Create easy-to-understand, impressive proposals to sign new accounts.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Ensure that the internal CRM system is managed accurately and efficiently.
  • Create and deliver detailed business reports when required (including forecasting and reporting on customer interactions).
  • Provide support to internal sales teams to create effective sales events.
  • Take pride in own quality of work and act as a professional ambassador at all times.

 

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting and over achieving own targets.
  • Strong experience of working in a similar, inside sales position.
  • Demonstrable ability to carry out accurate and effective work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of commitment and reliability.
  • Knowledge of software and service would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with business solutions would be highly preferred.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Target driven professional with a methodical approach.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
