Depending on Experience Home Based with Travel
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their growing team. With responsibilities around project planning and setting customer expectations, the successful Candidate will manage new customer implementations of specialist IT systems and software. Technical project management experience and experience of working on large projects would be ideal. This is a home-based position within Nottingham with travel to client sites.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Supporting significant customer projects as part of a high functioning project team.
Responsible for independently delivering smaller scale projects and programs.
Coordinate the creation of project plans and relevant adjustments.
Keep internal and external parties up to date on project milestones and progresses.
Collaborate with relevant internal departments for successful project outcomes.
Ensure to present a professional and structured approach.
Full ownership of new customer implementations.
Ensuring the company’s lead position on projects and setting customer expectations.
Outstanding planning and coordination skills, proven by relevant work experience.
Excellent organiser with the proven ability to prioritise effectively.
Any supporting PM qualifications would be ideal.
Ability to form and nurture positive business relationships.
Ability to proactively collaborate to solve problems.
Previous experience of technical project management would be advantageous.
