Overview

This is a Home Based position within the UK. The Implementation Specialist will provide hands on support with the design, implementation and supporting of Avaya solutions. Whilst ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and in line with requirements, the Implementation Specialist will ensure that customers are trained and technically aware with the ability to fully utilize the solution. As well as providing post-delivery reviews and evaluating solution performance, the Implementation Consultant will be fully aware of the latest technology and industry trends. The successful candidate will have significant experience in delivering contact centre solutions and strong working knowledge of Avaya products.


Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • The Avaya Implementation Consultant will play an active role in the delivery of Avaya solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered in line with customer requirements.
  • Get involved with the end to end functional design of Avaya solutions.
  • Provide technical training and solution testing to customers.
  • Evaluate and compare solution performance for consistency and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and provide remote and onsite support during the project go live stage.
  • Proactively identify potential solution issues.
  • Get involved with post project review activities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered through the entire implementation phase.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and the latest technology updates.

 

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a similar position, delivering Contact Centre solutions.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of working with Avaya products including Aura, Multichannel, SIP, Reporting and Equinox.
  • Good knowledge of SIP, VMware, Database and Data Networking.
  • Significant experience in designing, implementing and supporting Avaya solutions.
  • Successful project delivery of Avaya Contact Centre solutions.
  • Proven background in communications technology.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver presentation to audiences of all levels.
  • Computer or Math Degree is preferred.
  • SQL database administration experience would be advantageous.
  • The ability to think outside of the box with an innovative approach to challenges.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
  • Enthusiastic and hardworking attitude.
