This is a Field Sales Role based from the Cambridgeshire area. The Sales Manager will be responsible to drive solutions and services sales through working directly with the company’s vendors and partners and resellers. As a results driven and strategic sales professional, the successful Candidate will have a proven track record of consistently achieving targets, as well as strong experience of creating a functioning partner network.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Work closely with the company’s partners and vendors to drive sales.
Build considerable sales revenue by effectively managing existing and new accounts.
Establish trust and manage effective working relationships with existing partners.
Apply industry awareness to build and execute a strategic plan to sign new partners.
Make sure that the company is well known and highly regarded within a competitive market.
Maximize sales potential by building multi-level partner relationships.
Collaborate with partners and agree on achievable sales and marketing plans.
Produce and deliver outstanding presentations and proposals.
Support the teams to bring the company’s value proposition to the next level.
Maximise the working potential of the internal CRM system and carry out accurate reporting, forecasting.
Continuously motivate and work towards meeting targets.
5+ years proven record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams.
Proven experience of creating a successful partner ecosystem.
Demonstrate commitment and reliability.
Experience with software and services would be highly preferred.
Experience in manufacturing and automotive sectors would be ideal.
Outstanding and confident presentation skills.
Excellent communicator with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
