As a Senior member of the team, the Technical Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing Ciso Data Centre and Networking Solutions, as well as undertaking key testing and troubleshooting to ensure that the required standards are met. Whilst contributing to the delivery of technical projects, the Technical Consultant will work towards meeting business objectives and client satisfaction. As a trusted technical advisor to internal teams, the successful Candidate will coach and mentor junior consultants. As a project driven professional, the ideal Candidate must have proven experience of Cisco Data Centres & Networking.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsible for working on the entire life cycle of Data Centre & Networking solutions from design to installation.
Take part in the end to end delivery of technical projects.
Carry out key testing and troubleshooting on solutions to ensure flawless customer experience.
Continuously work towards client satisfaction and achieve key objectives.
Hands-on support with implementation of technical solutions.
Ensure that project related documentations are reviewed and updated in a timely manner.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, build and maintain profitable relationships with customers & clients.
Support accounts teams and vet / advise on solutions from a technical point of view.
Maintain required quality standards through compliant and accurate work.
As a technical expert, support and coach junior consultants.
Assist relevant teams in securing new business opportunities.
Ensure that own technical awareness and knowledge is continuously maintained.
Successful track record of designing and delivering technical solutions.
Proven project delivery experience within small and large enterprise networks.
Previous experience of Cisco Networking and Data Centre.
Varied experience with networking technologies.
Project driven professional with strong commercial and business acumen.
Job relevant technical certifications would be highly advantageous.
Proven ability to design, configure, implement and troubleshoot solutions.
Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies (Switching & Routing, Nexus, ACI).
Proven experience of planning and executing technical review meetings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong English language skills both verbal and written.
Proven ability to coach, guide and work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to support Service Delivery and meeting SLAs.
Security cleared or willing to obtain.
Flexibility to undertake occasional travel within the UK.
