Overview

Our client, a global IT and Telecommunications company specialising in communications, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join their team in a Remote Working capacity. Occasional travel may be required to the Client's London offices, as well as to client sites.


Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • The Project Engineer will act as a Technical Lead and manage complex contact centre projects from start to finish.
  • Work closely with the company’s project managers and developers.
  • Collaborate with the company’s stakeholders and users to ensure their specific needs are met throughout the process.
  • Create and distribute design documentation that meet set requirements.
  • Following discussions and research, design and configure contact centre call flows and IVR applications.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of deploying and designing WXCC
  • Experience of Database Design, Web Services, and integration.
  • Experience of designing and deploying UCCE, Finesse, CVP, CUIC, Outbound.
  • Previous experience of workforce optimization platforms integration.
  • Exposure to and familiarity with Google DialogFlow.
  • Data analysis experience would be highly beneficial.
  • Previous experience of the implementation and design of UCCE topologies.
  • Demonstrable experience of the design of omnichannel based solutions.
  • Passionate with strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
