Our client, a global IT and Telecommunications company specialising in communications, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join their team in a Remote Working capacity. Occasional travel may be required to the Client's London offices, as well as to client sites.
Responsibilities & Requirements
The Project Engineer will act as a Technical Lead and manage complex contact centre projects from start to finish.
Work closely with the company’s project managers and developers.
Collaborate with the company’s stakeholders and users to ensure their specific needs are met throughout the process.
Create and distribute design documentation that meet set requirements.
Following discussions and research, design and configure contact centre call flows and IVR applications.
Previous experience of deploying and designing WXCC
Experience of Database Design, Web Services, and integration.
Experience of designing and deploying UCCE, Finesse, CVP, CUIC, Outbound.
Previous experience of workforce optimization platforms integration.
Exposure to and familiarity with Google DialogFlow.
Data analysis experience would be highly beneficial.
Previous experience of the implementation and design of UCCE topologies.
Demonstrable experience of the design of omnichannel based solutions.
