Our client is looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional, ideally with previous exposure to business development. As well as being responsible for selling the company's telephony solutions, the successful Candidate will work creatively and independently. Applicants must have direct sales experience within the telecoms industry, ideally with contact centre background.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Establish and sustain strong understanding of the EMEA contact centre market as a trusted SME.
Actively identify new sales opportunities within the company’s existing account and through prospects.
Contribute to developing strategic accounts and closing new business deals.
Proactively work towards meeting and exceeding set quarterly and annual targets.
Come up with creative ways of improving the company’s go to market strategy within EMEA markets.
Nurture existing relationships whilst working towards identifying new sales opportunities within the company’s vendors and resellers.
Come up with new marketing activities to carry out lead generation and work with internal teams to implement them.
5+ years direct sales experience within telecoms / contact centre.
Experienced enterprise sales professional.
Previous exposure to business development.
Proven track record of overachieving targets.
Ability to work creatively and independently.
Proven ability to build lasting relationships.
Outstanding people & listening skills.
Ability to converse and work with clients and colleagues on all levels.
