The Sales Manager will be responsible for growing and managing business across the Benelux region. With expert knowledge of the company’s full product range, the Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring that forecasted sales and profit targets are met. The ideal Candidate will have a strong knowledge of the IT and Telecommunications industry as well as VoIP technologies and its market. Previous, successful track record within a similar role is essential.

Responsibilities & Requirements


  • The creation and implementation of strategic revenue plans and budgets for the region, working in line with the company’s objectives.
  • Ownership of developmental plans to enter new markets.
  • Facilitate the recruitment and management of partners successfully to collaborate them to customers in the region.
  • Expand on existing relationships or create new relationships in order to sell effectively at all levels within the organisation.
  • Collaboratively work with business partners to create and implement a sales strategy to continuously meet targets.
  • Work closely with a range of company resources and teams to reach objectives and targets for the region, including sales engineers, project managers, customers support etc.
  • Ensure to work at a high standard that will represent the company when working directly with a range of stakeholders.  




  • Proven experience of at least 5 years of working within a similar communication software/hardware company or within a sales position in a Unified Comms team.
  • Experience working with Voice Recognition Solutions and the ability to sell to enterprise and healthcare markets.
  • Previous VOIP experience is desirable
  • Confident communicator with the ability to facilitate communications between all levels, from addressing customers up to strategic senior members and identifying key decision-makers.
  • A minimum of university education in engineering or other associated areas.
  • Experience of managing a network of distributors or partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in order to build and maintain relationships and networks within the industry.
  • Strong work ethic with experience in working towards and meeting demanding sales targets.
  • German language native and strong English written and oral communication skills in order to participate easily in negotiations and discussions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team to achieve sales.
  • Naturally have entrepreneurial skills and be business minded, be ambitious and hard-working.
  • Ability to recognise customer needs and market dynamics.
