As a niche and very successful recruitment business in the IT and Telecoms space with Clients ranging from emerging start-ups to global Telecommunications and IT Solutions providers, we have an impeccable reputation for ethical and targeted Senior Level Recruitment via 'search and selection’. We believe in recruiting for long term, as well as rewarding hard work and loyalty. You must have minimum 1 year Sales or Recruitment background to be considered for this position.


Responsibilities & Requirements

Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Briefing candidates on our high-tech clients, as well as the responsibilities and benefits of their business and roles.
  • Searching and networking to fill client roles.
  • Negotiation with candidates and clients.
  • Interviewing candidates on behalf of our clients over the telephone and in person.
  • Organising interviews and meetings.
  • Owning client vacancies and working to fill these successfully.
  • Negotiating salary packages and benefits.
  • Account management across client base.
  • Business Development activities to open up new accounts and markets.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1-year Sales or Recruitment background is required.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Career driven and focused; keen to develop a professional career.
  • Target focused; the position of Headhunter carries monthly KPIs and monetary targets.
  • Ability to work within a small business environment.
  • Resilient, adaptable and flexible.
  • Strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
  • Ability to think on their feet and work on own initiative.
  • Confident with a good ability to articulate.
  • Strong written and analytical skills.
  • Approachable and excellent team player.
