Our Client is looking for a dedicated and ambitious Account Manager to act as first point of contact for their customers. As well as building and maintaining profitable, long term business relationships, the Account Manager will ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service. The Account Manager will consistently work towards identifying new business opportunities within the accounts and renewing accounts in a timely manner. As customer centric professional, the Account Manager will ensure that client issues and requirements are attended to without delay and that are escalated appropriately when needed. The successful candidate will have a significant track record within the enterprise software space, supporting and working closely with customers.
