Project Manager

Permanent | UK Wide | 45K - 65K


Our client, a provider of Contact Centre solutions, are searching for an experienced Project Manager to join their UK team. The Project Manager will manage and oversee all projects and the entire project lifecycle, often having to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager will be required to carry out risk analysis, create contingency plans, oversee costs and budgets and ensure all project deliverables are met. Proven experience managing contact centre related projects is crucial for this role.

Telco Solution Engineer

Permanent | UK Wide | | Negotiable basic salary


Our client, a successful data analytics company, are searching for a Solution Engineer to join their EMEA Sales team. The Solution Engineer will provide support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle by communicating with customers, addressing technical issues and will communicate the company's value to potential customers. The successful candidate will be required to present demonstrations of the company’s products and services to meet prospects' requirements. This role requires previous experience in a relevant sales engineering position selling software to telecommunication providers.

Country Manager - Germany

Permanent | Home Based | | €80K - €90K Basic plus double OTE


Our client, a successful provider of contact centre technology, are looking for an experienced Country Manager to join their team in Germany. The Country Manager will be responsible for driving and achieving the required sales quota for services and software within existing customer bases, whilst developing and maintaining several solid sales and revenue opportunities. Previous direct sales experience in WFO/ Contact Centre industry and/or B2B software sales is required. This role is home-based but occasional travel to client sites will be required.

Solutions Architect

Permanent | London | 70K


Our client, a global Contact Centre solutions provider, are searching for a Solutions Architect to join their team based in London. The successful candidate will provide technical support to the company's sales team and customers. The Solutions Architect will be the main source of knowledge and guidance on all existing and progressing solutions, offering pre-sales support to the sales team, create and finalize solution design with customers, completing with sign-off from all relevant stakeholders. This position requires proven experience and in-depth knowledge of the Contact Centre / Unified Communications platform, ideally with a degree in Economics or technical subjects.

Sales Engineer - DACH Region

Permanent | Home Based | | €70K - €100K OTE (70/30 Split)


The Sales Engineer will provide technical support and consultancy to both the Sales team and end users. As well as taking ownership of and overseeing all technical activities throughout the sales process, the Sales Engineer will ensure that Clients and Customers are provided with sufficient product training to guarantee successful installation and handover. Whilst ensuring that proof of concept and demonstration is carried out both internally and externally, the Sales Engineer will continuously evaluate product suitability to potential new customers. It is highly advantageous to have strong background in the technical field of Data/VoIP/Telephony.

Business Development Manager

Permanent | Home Based | | 140K EUR OTE (70/30 split)


Our client, a VoIP and data services provider, are searching for a Business Development Manager to join their team across Germany and the Netherlands. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities to maximize revenue growth. As well as constantly reviewing the target markets, the Business Development Manager will communicate the company’s core solutions and products to potential and new clients, delivering the best possible outcomes for their business. The ideal candidate will have proven track record of succeeding in a business development role, ideally within the IT and Telecoms industry.

Territory Account Manager - Germany

Permanent | Germany | | 60K EUR Basic plus 60K EUR Commission
