Risk & Compliance Manager

Permanent | East Midlands | 60K Circa Basic | Excellent Benefits Package


Our Client is looking for an experienced and highly competent Risk & Compliance Manager to support directly the Head of Risks and Compliance. As well as proactively identifying regulatory compliance and risks, the Risk & Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational matters and personnel. The successful Candidate must have significant experience in a similar capacity, with strong understanding of related regulatory frameworks such as SRA Code of Conduct and Accounts. The role is office based at our Client's Nottinghamshire office.

Overlay Account Manager

Our Client is looking for a highly skilled and accomplished Overlay Account Manager to look after existing customer relationships and proactively work towards increasing revenue by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. As well as being responsible for meeting and overachieving set sales targets and quotas, the Overlay Account Manager will build the company's status within a very competitive market. The successful Candidate must have proven experience of working in a target driven environment in a Customer Success or Inside Sales capacity. SaaS background and knowledge of Contact Centre solutions would be highly beneficial.

As the main point of contact for the company’s Clients, the Account Manager will build lasting and profitable business relationships. As well as ensuring that clients’ needs are met, the Account Manager will focus on maximising sales opportunities within existing accounts and securing brand new business deals in the aim of meeting targets and achieving business objectives. The successful Candidate must have significant sales experience within the enterprise software space, as well as longevity within previous roles and a proven track record in overachieving set targets.

Senior Service Coordinator

Permanent | Farnborough | 35K Circa (Dependig on Experience) | Car Allowance & Bonus


Working closely with Service and Product management teams, the Senior Service Coordinator will provide key assistance and support with workload management, client and service analysis and occasional project management. As well as overseeing the introduction of new and retirement of old services, the Service Coordinator will support the company’s clients when services are changed. Strong knowledge of Service Delivery and Project Management processes are required, as well as job relevant qualifications such as ITIL and Prince 2.
