Sales Manager - MPS & EDM Solutions

Our client , a successful and niche supplier of Managed Print Services (MPS) & Electronic Document Management (EDM) Solutions, is now searching for a Sales Manager to come on board to report directly into the CEO. The successful candidate will perform a ‘player-manager’ function, leading and developing 3 sales people, whilst also carrying their own target. The role will form part of the businesses leadership team and expectation is that it will develop into that of a full-blown Sales Director as the business continues to grow and the team becomes larger.

The Sales Engineer will work as part of a group of developers, responsible for building and developing Java applications. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Developer to move into a Pre-Sales / Consultancy role within the copmany, as full training and support will be provided as part of an ongoing progression plan. The ideal Candidate will have at least 3 years’ proven experience of Enterprise Java Development, as well as strong QL skills.

The Business Development Director will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the market to identify new business prospects and turn business opportunities into signed deals. As well as preparing accurate and reliable forecasting to support business development, the successful candidate will ensure that all proposals are prepared and tenders are responded to in a timely manner. It is essential to have extensive knowledge of the Customer Experience market and expertise in CRM solution sales. To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have significant, proven experience of selling to either Finance / Telco / Utilities industry.
