Service Engineer - Security Machinery

Permanent | Luton | 30K - 35K Basic | £5K bonus, Company Car, Fuel Card, Copmany Phone and Tablet


The Service Engineer will be responsible for supporting the company security machines based at a client site in Luton. The Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the machines on site and providing out of hours support where needed.

Onsite Security Network Engineer - 12 Month FTC

Contract | Leeds or Staines | 50K Basic | Competititve


This is a 12-month fixed term contract. The Security Network Engineer will be based on site providign BAU support and occasional elements of project work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the network and telecoms infrastructure with a focus on security ensuring the network is secure and providing installation and maintenance as required. The ideal candidate will be CCNP or working at CCNP level with at least 5 years’ experience in a Cisco environment.

The 2nd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer will be responsible for looking after the full lifecycle of incidents. With a positive and proactive approach to managing workloads, the Engineer will work towards service level agreements as well as assisting in the production of technical and concise documents. As the first point of contact for customer queries, the 2nd Line Infrastructure engineer will possess outstanding problem solving and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be at least GCSE educated with previous exposure to resolving desktop issues and working with Microsoft Applications. It would be beneficial to have Cisco or MCP accreditation.

The Enterprise Software Pre-Sales Consultant will be working closely with the sales and business development teams. Responsibilities will include providing ongoing, expert technical support to clients and partners as well as sharing expert product knowledge to ensure continual professional development within the business. The Pre-Sales Consultant will be a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills to be able to provide regular product reviews and updates. The ideal candidate must be degree educated with a proven background in a software engineering role with strong knowledge of web design and front-end technologies.
