Service Quality Analyst

Permanent | Farnborough | 30K Basic | 10% Bonus & Company Benefits

The Service Quality Analyst will work within the Client’s Service team and will be responsible for analysing and improving the quality and efficiency of services and their performance. As well as overseeing and coordinating the integration of generalized ways of working and new procedures, the Service Quality Analyst will turn raw data into invaluable reports to contribute to cost and performance efficiency. Whilst ensuring client satisfaction, the successful Candidate will continuously work towards achieving the company's KPIs and strategic objectives. The ideal Candidate will have a proven background of working with various operational processes and will demonstrate a successful track record of designing, implementing and developing services.

Senior Support Engineer - Contact Centre

Permanent | London | 50K - 65K Basic | Depending on Experience

The Senior Support Engineer will provide onsite and remote 2nd / 3rd Line support with the company’s Contact Centre technologies. The Senior Support engineer will fully own and manage their allocated requests all the way to resolutions whilst ensuring that clients are fully updated throughout the process. Whilst taking pride in a high-quality work that is delivered, the Senior Support Engineer will provide second to none customer service whilst working towards meeting SLA targets. With strong practical knowledge of desktop support environment, the successful Candidate will have extensive working experience and knowledge of CC technologies such as Cisco UCCX, CUCM and UCCE.

Managed Services Architect

Permanent | Hampshire | 70K Circa | Car Allowance and 20% Bonus

The Managed Services Architect will be responsible for providing architectural leadership and supporting the Managed Service portfolio. As well as providing vital assistance with proposals and propositions, the Services Architect will work closely with internal Sales teams. Whilst acting as first point of contact for customers and ensuring high level service all the way through to system implementations, the Services Architect will effectively promote the company's Managed Service portfolio. The successful Candidate will have strong experience of Managed Service desing & sales within the IT and Telecommunications indusry.

Head of Security

Permanent | Home Based | 80K Basic | Competitive Bonus & Benefits

The Head of Security will take responsibility for the Security Strategy of the company and will implement and manage Security governess across the wider business. As well as providing a hands-on approach and carrying out risk assessment, solution design and consultancy, the Head of Security will provide support to data protection and compliance teams on security. The successful Candidate will ensure that security threats are limited across the business and will enforce security procedures and best practice to ensure compliance. This is a Home Based position within Southern England. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new accounts, as well driving growth within existing accounts. Act as an integral part of the Business Development team utilising all available resources in order to leverage potential opportunities. The BDM will be versed in selling SaaS and will have a strong track record in over-achieving sales targets.

Senior Technical Specialist - Security

Permanent | Farnborough | 75K Basic | 15 % Bonus & Car Allowance

The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for the technical delivery of multiple projects all the way from design to testing and installation. As well as ensuring that project documentation is readily available and reviewed in a timely manner, the Senior Technical Consultant will offer technical pre-sales support to the account teams. Whilst continuously developing own knowledge and skillset, the successful Candidate will strive to become a trusted technical expert to build lasting and profitable business relationships with clients. The ideal Candidate will have significant experience of successfully delivering technical security solutions. Job relevant qualifications such as Cisco CCNP Security and CCSE is a minimum requirement.

Onsite Avaya Support Engineer - 12 Months FTC

Contract | London | 40K Basic | Client Site

The Onsite Support Engineer will provide high level technical and maintenance service to blue-chip clients. As well as reviewing all incidents in line with SLAs, the Avaya Engineer will aim to resolve and escalate all incidents in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction. Whilst acting as technical authority for the entire support team, the successful Candidate will provide clients with adequate technical training and advice. It is essential to have proven background of providing 1st and 2nd line support to customers within a blue-chip environment. The successful Candidate will have significant work experience and knowledge of Contact Centre solutions.
