The Sales Support Manager will provide full support to the Sales teams in achieving their targets, as well as ensuring that high levels of company standards are maintained at all times. The successful candidate will carry out formal team evaluations in a timely manner and provide 121s accordingly. Whilst ensuring compliance with all internal procedures, the Sales Support Manager will take full responsibility for managing all customer queries and complaints, as well as escalating them when needed. The ideal candidate will have proven team management and sales support experience. Previous working experience within the IT industry would be highly advantageous for this role.
