Senior Software Developer

Permanent | Munich | 60K - 70K Circa | TBC


The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the most important parts of the company’s leading products through using core frameworks and prominent languages such as JavaScript and JEE. The Developer will regularly carry out basic fault analysis and will ensure appropriate escalation when necessary. As well as contributing to team training and mentoring, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong desire to develop own skill set and further improve their technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Design Patterns with minimum 5 years’ experience of enterprise software development.

Project Resource Scheduler - IT Services

Permanent | Hampshire | 35K Basic | 10% Bonus


The Project Resource Scheduler will be responsible for identifying and effectively allocating both technical and human resources to meet business and project demands. Whilst keeping skill and geographical requirements in mind, the Resource Scheduler will ensure that cost effectiveness is maintained at all times. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational and prioritising skills as this role will require the successful candidate to oversee and manage the scheduling and resourcing of numerous projects simultaneously.

Benelux Sales Engineer - Service Providers

Permanent | Netherlands | 70K - 90K Circa | Package


The Sales Engineer will provide technical support and consultancy to both the Sales team and end users. As well as taking ownership of and overseeing all technical activities throughout the sales process, the Sales Engineer will ensure that Clients and Customers are provided with sufficient product training to guarantee successful installation and handover. Whilst ensuring that proof of concept and demonstration is carried out both internally and externally, the Sales Engineer will continuously evaluate product suitability to potential new customers. It is highly advantageous to have strong Service Provider background for this role and the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience of working with Access and IP Technology.

Sales Support Manager - IT & Telecommunications

Permanent | Hampshire | 45K Based on Experience | 20% Bonus


The Sales Support Manager will provide full support to the Sales teams in achieving their targets, as well as ensuring that high levels of company standards are maintained at all times. The successful candidate will carry out formal team evaluations in a timely manner and provide 121s accordingly. Whilst ensuring compliance with all internal procedures, the Sales Support Manager will take full responsibility for managing all customer queries and complaints, as well as escalating them when needed. The ideal candidate will have proven team management and sales support experience. Previous working experience within the IT industry would be highly advantageous for this role.

BI Developer - Contact Centre

Permanent | Birmingham | 45K Basic | Competitive


The Business Intelligence Developer will primarily focus on data governance, maintenance and reporting of the company’s database. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of MS Power BI and SSRS to support in the build of the database’s frontend visuals. As well as providing ongoing support and guidance to customers, the BI Developer must have direct contact centre experience in order to understand the specific data types and reports.

Software Developer - MS SQL

Permanent | Birmingham | 45K Depending on Experience | Competitive


The Software Developer will work on large projects providing assistance and support on software design and development. Working alongside the Support and the Implementation teams of the company, the Software Developer will carry out proof of concept on client sites and provide ongoing technical assistance to customers and colleagues. The Developer will ensure to carry out the work to the required company standards whilst being customer focused. The ideal candidate must have previous Software Development experience and a strong working knowledge of MS SQL.

Junior Account Manager - Voice/Data/Networking

Permanent | Shoreditch | 22K - 28K Basic | Monthly Bonus + Commission


The Junior Account Manager will work within the Sales Department of the company. As well as being responsible for business development and managing existing relationships, the Account Manager will actively work towards identifying new business opportunities in order to meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in business development and lead generation. A minimum of 12 months' experience in IT and Telecommunication is essential for this role.
